What is a 'Hunters Bump'?

Saw the term elsewhere and didn't really understand. Can anyone enlighten me?

Not a clue! I've heard of jumpers bump, which is usually what amounts to a bit croup high, but not Hunters bump!

I thought they were the same thing? A bump or higher part above the pelvis?
