Stop your decent turnout rugs getting trashed by putting a cheap lightweight over the top.
Spray your locks the night before with wd40 to help stop them freezing.
    Wear layers!!!!!!
Keep hi viz, blanket, some food, bottled drink, spare mobile phone & charger, torch, change of clothes in car. (my torch is wind up and has mobile charger on it!)
Wind up torches rule lol!!! No flat batts!
If you use a generator for electricity, service it now!

Can't think of anything else atm!!

Keep a change of clothes at the yard, Wish I had done that yesterday. Got soaked on the way there then turned blue (litrally) out of cold

    Ah. Good plan!

I leave a fleece and a jacket there, but hadn't thought of a full set of clothes *makes mental note to put some together*

    Did you warm up okay?

If you have a spare minute, make up feeds and put them in bags. It saves having to make up complicated feeds in the dark or with freezing fingers!!

Just re-read my post back and I remember that day!

Keep a old veg drainer thingymbob in your stable, its the easiest way to get ice out of water buckets
Putting metal bits up your sleeve whilst mucking out heats them up nicely for the horse
Normal medical gloves under cheapo woolly gloves keeps your hands really warm
A bandanna under your riding hat keeps ears warm
    Handsanitiser instantly de-ices locks

Thats all I can think of for now!
