The Little Jasper appreciation thread (my new foster bun)
Poor Jasper had spent all his life shut in a hutch (he's four), the last few months completely alone, he was fed an inappropriate diet and his nails were nearly three inches long so massively overgrown. Luckily he has no major health issues.
When he arrived he had completely shut down and would just sit in the corner all day. Now he is like a different bunny, he loves his toys and being out in his run and most of all he likes spending time indoors with Mike and I. He binkies with happiness, rushes round and flops out for his sleeps.
He's going to a new home at the start of June where he'll be a house rabbit to a lovely couple who will spoil him rotten, he'll also have his own fully enclosed garden. So very pleased for him as he is the best behaved, sweetest rabbit ever. He puts his head down for you to groom and stroke him and enjoys a cuddle too. He is ultra clean and tidy, and doesn't chew etc when inside.
I'd keep him as a house rabbit myself but it's not really fair on Tish as whilst she tolerates him she's not a massive bunny fan as my girls chase her.
