Loaded like a star. Travelled like a pro (no Sedalin). Came off with just a bit of sweat behind his armpits. Walked into the stable without a backwards glance.
So chuffed with the lad.
He's in a lovely big and airy stable. He'll be out later with the others (I'm not sure when, but trust them implicitly).
We went back and watched his first lunging session. I've done a bit of lunging with him, but not much, so was very chuffed to see him pick it up so quickly and well. There were a couple of "I want to go this way" moments, but he settled in and was grand indeed.
If I can ever get photo thing to work (I seem to have lost the plot with Flickr), I'll put some up. He's grown! He's only just four, so still some growing to do so gawd knows how big he'll end up.
I don't know how to get pictures off my phone onto my laptop... I can't remember how I used to do it when I used PhotoBucket. Very frustarting. I'll have another ask of a younger D to help me.
Sounds exciting mrs m.
how big is he now?
What a star with the lorry, especially after the loading issues when you brought him. Just shows how far some nice, quiet handling goes.
Not sure how big. I'll find my measuring stick and take it next weekend
Thank you. A lot of thanks goes to friend who loaded him a few weeks ago, then again on Saturday. A star indeed
He's just about learnt voice commands. Stood nicely for a groom and a forelock tidy up. When we arrived he almost whickered at me Sort of wrinkled his nose and made a funny noise. Straight in for a head rub. Such a sweetie
